Redmi recently unveiled its latest showcasing the Redmi K70 series smartphones and introduced two exciting new accessories: the Redmi Watch 4 and the Redmi Buds 5 Pro wireless earbuds.
The Redmi Watch 4 is a standout addition with a sleek redesign, sporting a 1.96-inch AMOLED display and offering a variety of stylish watch bands to suit different tastes. Meanwhile, the Redmi Buds 5 Pro earbuds boast Hi-Res audio, ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), and a generous total playtime of up to 38 hours.

The Redmi Watch 4 introduces a square dial encased in an aluminum alloy chassis, marking Redmi’s first smartwatch featuring a sturdy metal unibody design. Notably, it showcases a rotating stainless steel crown with an intricately designed ‘diamond cut’ on the right side. Moreover, the smartwatch carries an IP68 certification, ensuring water resistance up to 50 meters.
Its impressive display characteristics include a substantial 1.97-inch AMOLED screen with a 60Hz refresh rate, providing a resolution of 390 x 450 pixels and an outstanding peak brightness of 600 nits. These features make it ideal for outdoor use, ensuring visibility even under intense sunlight. Leveraging LTPS technology, the smartwatch promises an extended battery life.
The Redmi Watch 4 is available in two elegant color options: silvery white and classic black, catering to various style preferences.
This smartwatch is equipped with NFC and Bluetooth 5.3, ensuring seamless connectivity. With a diverse range of over 150 sports modes, it offers voice-guided workouts and recovery programs, aiming to enhance the user’s fitness journey.
Featuring a 470 mAh battery, the Redmi Watch 4 provides an estimated lifespan of up to 10 days with Always-On Display (AOD) and all health tracking features activated, or up to 20 days with lighter usage. In China, it is priced at CNY 500 or approximately $70 (around Rs 5,860) and is currently available for purchase through Xiaomi’s official website.
In terms of fitness functionalities, the Redmi Watch 4 includes a heart rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, sleep and stress tracking capabilities, along with a menstrual cycle monitor specifically designed for women. With support for over 150 sports modes, this wearable device also integrates a built-in GPS for outdoor workout tracking.
