Bujji, the futuristic robotic car for Prabhas’ science fiction film Kalki 2898 AD, was unveiled at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. Ever since its unveiling, people have been very excited and are talking about it.

This robotic Bujji car has been jointly developed by Chennai-based Mahindra Research Valley team and Coimbatore-based sports car manufacturer Jayam Motors. They simulated powertrain electronics, architectural performance to realize the Kalki team’s vision of future vehicles.

Bujji is a high-tech custom robotic vehicle, designed in collaboration with Mahindra Research Valley and Jayam Motors. The smooth, aerodynamic lines are perfect for the film’s dystopian setting. Its total weight is around 6 tons.

Bujji is 6075 mm long and 3380 mm wide with a height of 2186 mm, which gives a monster car feel.
Power and Performance
Bujji is a fully electric monster car, whose maximum output is 94 kW and torque is 9800 Nm. Two Mahindra e motors are used to power its innovative spherical rear wheel, giving it exceptional agility and performance. For power, a 47 kWh battery has been used in it. Bujji is equipped with interactive technology like sensors and potentially AI.
Bujji Car Price and Manufacturing Cost
Bujji is a hand made masterpiece. The makers have not informed about its cost but if reports are to be believed, its total manufacturing cost could be in crores.
How much was spent on event organization?
The teaser of Bhairava’s Best Friend Bujji was launched at a grand event in Hyderabad. If media reports are to be believed, an expenditure of Rs 7 to 8 crore has been incurred in organizing this event. In this event, Prabhas surprised people by coming with the robotic car Bujji.
