Now, Toyota is also set to launch its electric car “Toyota Hyryder” in India. This car is being developed in collaboration between Toyota and Maruti Suzuki, and it will be launched under both brand names.

Toyota Hyryder Launch Date in India
The Toyota Hyryder EV version is set to debut on July 1st. The manufacturer has already started releasing teasers before its market release. It’s expected that this electric car will be available for sale by the end of the year.
Toyota Hyryder Technology
The car features a 9-inch Suzuki touch screen infotainment system in the center of the dashboard. Additionally, it comes with a wireless charger and a 360-degree camera. The SUV will have Connected Car Technology, allowing remote control of features like AC ON/OFF and LOCK/UNLOCK.
Toyota Hyryder Engine
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder is a hybrid electric vehicle (EV) and will feature a Self Charging Hybrid Powertrain. While the detailed technical specifications haven’t been disclosed, reports suggest that it will come with two options.
Toyota Hyryder, operated by Maruti Suzuki, will feature the 1.5 L Petrol K15C engine with Mild Hybrid technology and an Electric Hybrid Powertrain. It’s expected to include Idle Start/Stop Function and offer both automatic and manual transmission options.
Toyota Cruiser Hyryder Interior Design
Teasers have revealed that the interior of the SUV looks premium and stylish. It features a large touch screen infotainment system on the dashboard center, along with chrome-finished inserts and side AC vents. The cabin uses a dual-tone black and brown theme and offers Smart Playcast Pro System with Android Auto and Apple Carplay support.
Toyota Hyryder Exterior Design
From promotional videos and pictures, the exterior design of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder is partly shown. It features split headlamp setup with LED DRLs and a large LED main headlamp. C-shaped LED tail lights are also included on the backside. The teaser also reveals stylish dual-tone alloy wheels.
